I only give one star because the new management that came in doesn't really help at all. I have had no air conditioning for 5 days and they just say that they still can't fix it.

Unfortunately I have to give it only one star. They do not accept our documentation. They just want you to have papers from that country. Although we have proof of income, bank account and good rental history with other properties. The area is 90% Hispanic and it seems like a type of racism to me, really, because I AM 100 SURE, that it is not occupied by someone from that country to rent.

It is a community like I have not found in the short time I have been in Dallas, Texas, and not to mention the attention of the manager and her assistant, the best, super friendly and attentive, super nice people, thank you for your support.
