Loved the apartment it was so gorgeous and the office ladies were wonderful and so respectful and the cookies they offered were so yummy, the only down fall was the rent, maybe if it was a little cheaper i would have signed the lease that day

I love the apartments I have viewed and the staff are very kind. I have seen quite a few different layouts. I wish they would go down a little on pricing but other than that Id love to live there.

Updated. Only live here if you like DIY projects. When I moved in, the apartment was laughably not ready. First thing I noticed was that the oven was unplugged, so I moved it out myself and plugged it in. Then i noticed the kitchen sink was leaking. Management said maintenance said it wasnt leaking when they looked. Turned out the garbage disposal was not working, and that means any water in one of the sink basins leaks through the garbage disposal. After waiting two days for maintenance to come back, I left a google review which got prompt attention from management. They apologized for the two day delay saying they were fixing "AC problems." I got a new garbage disposal. My dishwasher then started leaking. After waiting a few days for maintenance to respond, I decided to fix it myself. Turns out when installing the new garbage disposal, maintenance forgot to punch out a seal through which the dishwasher should have drained through the disposal. It was a pretty easy fix once I figured out what was wrong. I stopped having issues with my dishwasher. However, I did end up getting a new dishwasher, which was installed in a haphazard manner. It's not flush and it's sort of hanging on angle. Additionally, when I first moved in, I tried to do laundry and discovered the washing machine was not hooked up. They also removed the ice tray from the freezer. Both of these were fixed after I wrote my initial google review. Finally, Eagles Landing took it upon themselves to replace my fridge (which I had no issue with) with a newer model. The "new" fridge came scratched up. Also, it opens the wrong way (instead of opening into the kitchen, it opens facing the pantry. My old fridge opened the right way. Last week, I talked on the phone with the office and they said they would switch the door around (it's a relatively easy thing to do) but they have not done so. Anyway, looks like another weekend project for me. The people are nice here. It just takes forever to get them to fix things. I want less phone calls saying things are gonna a get done and more things getting done right the first or second time.
