Beaumont Trace Apartments

Unsafe apartment community. 2 of my vehicles have been stolen/broken into in 1 year of living here. Management does nothing to provide security. The front gate is always open/broken and there are no cameras in the apartment complex for additional security due to high crime in this area. We will be moving out ASAP!

The apartments are ok but rent is hight and it costs a lot for pets and im still wondering if guinea pigs are for free seeds they aren't really a pet but I give this five stars because it's nice and my daughter loves the playground

I have lived here for almost a year, i absolutely love it. Will definitely renew my lease when my lease is up. May actually consider a small two bedroom. My pup and i feel perfectly safe here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If the review had a zero I would put it. Will not being staying or signing another lease. Not once but twice did my wifes car get broken into and stolen. The gate is constantly broke, gets fixed and breaks again. Not only do we feel targeted, but my wife feels unsafe. They also told my wife that they would let us break our contract early, but needed to take down negative reviews off the internet in exchange for waiving the penalties for breaking lease early. I have informed my Coat Guard command about the situations and not only I, but many others will be telling future Coast Guard members along with anyone I meet to not stay here. Another thing is the garbage company does not leave our property clean, and always leave trash on the ground. Over priced for what you are given. Miss the two ladies prior, the change in management was not for the better.
