        I enjoy staying here. Friendly neighbors that look out for one another, nice leasing manager and great location in Beaumont. I have no complaints regarding the maintenance or management staff! Ive realized that if you are a respectful, clean, and responsible tenant you wont have much of any problems.

        Ive been living here with my son for a few months now its our first apartment on our own and personally I love it I think pinedale apartments are great for first time apartments I have a one bedroom and its perfect for my son and I we have enough space for all our stuff! Management is great, always answers the phone and is always getting back to me as soon as shes able to when I have an issue with anything shes also very sweet and genuine! Maintenance guy is also super great if I need something fixed or anything hes on it the same exact day within the hour and the problem is resolved! Quiet friendly neighbors! I have nothin bad at all to say about these apartments!
