        Really regret moving here apartment manger is never on site and very hard to get ahold of also dont rent a downstairs apartment because they dont do anything if you upstairs neighbor is having a dance party and this place is going down hill so fast

        Wouldn't recommend to anyone, especially living in the area of the apt number 300ish because the downstairs alleged patrol/security will harass not only you but your visitors as well. Overpriced for no reason, management and living environment is poor. I don't recommend you stay here, the alleged Beaumont Police officers that live there will harass you they are known to harass and play victim they're evil people and try to hide their hands be very careful when dealing with people of this sort. Hopefully this place can get better.

        Old and has roaches. Unit was not cleaned prior to moving in and had a Roach infestation that wasn't brought to my attention
