Sunlight Manor Apartments (800)

I lived there 3 years. Within those 3 years they went through 5-6 managers. My apartment was small but it was nice bc I kept it cleaned. I NEVER had issues with pests, but I know others did. Once they moved someone above me due to their remodeling they kept trashing the grassy area in front of my apartment. There was quite a bit of fighting, partying, kids running around with acting grown with no adult supervision. The washers and dryers are trash and broken so dont even try to use them. They seem to always have issues with hot water and a couple times the apartment complex was without for a week. A lot of times calling the office you get answering service all day long. It definitely started going down. The two maintenance men were always nice, and came to fix issues within a timely manner. I will say the new manager Precious seemed to be trying to turn things around when I was moving out. She was always nice to me. I moved out in October 2023, I just received my deposit back in February 2024. I had to call everyday bc it seems like i was getting the runaround from everybody. I know they got tired of me calling. Im pretty understanding but it was definitely frustrating. Thankfully I finally received it. There is definitely way worse complexes in Beaumont. Their not perfect but my experience in those 3 years were fine.
