THIS REVIEW IS FOR ANOTHER PROPERTY SHE MANAGES. Excellent Tenant Care!!! I would like to offer my heartfelt gratitude to Tracie for her exceptional care. Her dedication to tenant happiness has been genuinely admirable since the day my family and I moved into the Golden Plaza Apartments. Tracie is notable for her attention and eagerness to handle tenant needs as soon as possible. Her team has shown efficiency and a real desire to ensure tenant comfort whenever my family has had a maintenance need or a concern. Communication is essential, and she succeeds at it. She keeps residents up-to-date on any scheduled maintenance, community events, or changes, fostering transparency and community engagement. It is clear that she values open channels of communication and strives to make living a pleasant experience for everyone. Living at Tracie's Golden Plazas has been a pleasant experience because of the exceptional tenant care she gives. I wholeheartedly suggest her services to anyone looking for a property manager who goes above and beyond to make their residents happy. We are under new management and I am so glad. The new manager Traci is very professional and kind. I have noticed since she has been in the office l, the grounds on the property are neater and much cleaner. Im very satisfied with the new management and would recommend others to join our friendly great community.

The place under the new management has improved, and I see myself living here for years to come gray community. Great office and maintenance crew. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Been here for almost three years. We are under new management and I immediately see improvement here! The property is always kept clean, thanks to what seems to be a great maintenance team. Response to tenants for concerns and work orders is always speedy and in a timely manner. I've been told they are continually making improvements to the complex, since under new management, and I am seeing positive changes, day by day, such as security cameras being installed in various areas on the property. The office manager, Ms. Tracie Grainger is such a sweetheart, very helpful, understanding, reasonable and serious about putting all her tenants' needs first. It's a pleasure to have met her and I hope she's here for the long haul. Just renewed my lease! Looking forward to seeing further improvements made to this property.
