        Ms.Wanita is the best leasing manager that Ive ever had. Shes always kind patient and very respectful. She makes sure everything is in order & always follow up with any maintenance request I have. I love love love her.

        Ms .wanita in the office is absolutely amazing ! She made the move in process quick and super easy , literally an angel . I have had no issues whats so ever and if I do Im pretty sure it is handled ASAP . Very very quiet and really nice neighbors. Best complex in Beaumont Texas .

        I definitely recommend checking Marbella Bay out if you're apartment hunting! Clean, quiet, and they have consistent lawn care. The pool is always clean which we like and the gym is convenient too. Miss Wanita in the main office has assisted me and anyone else who I've referred and we all love! Very informative, sweet, and always helpful.

        The Staff, specifically Ms.Wanita who was in charge of our application, displayed A-1 customer service and was just as eager to work with me get me in Quickly and efficiently, highly recommended. Its very reassuring to go through a usually semi in some sort of way stressful process and have some one in charge like her getting us through it, and the apartments are clean and maintained. If there was any deficiency AT ALL, the help and attention was there.
