        You will be charged a $125 cleaning fee that they will take out of your security deposit no matter how good of condition you leave the apartment in. This is not in the contract but they charge you just because they can. They also charged $19 for insurance for the last month even though we had our own the entire time we lived there. It also took SIX MONTHS to get the security deposit back which they stole $144 out of just because they can. They should be taken to court. Reply: I already spoke at length with your terrible office staff prior to having to pick up the check in person. They confirmed twice that I would receive $140 back, but the check was only $106 due to an even higher than quoted cleaning fee plus insurance which you didnt provide. Dont pander to future tenants
