        Priority Express Overnight Delivery was late. There is a money back guarantee for this service. The store refused to issue a refund and insisted I file a claim online or call the 800 number. Manager insisted it was a logistics problem, not his, once it leaves the store. But I paid the store directly, not through an account. It should be HIS argument with logistics, not mine. Customer service phone not available on weekends. Online claim process had two service failures.

        Professionals run this store. Jade and Monica are superb. They can handle it all and make it look easy. I will drive miles just to access this location. Jade and Monica both made my large and detailed VERY last minute request happen and were attentive to details that I never could have expected anyone else to care about. No matter where you are in the Austin area, if you need your job done right, bring it to this location!
