Package delivery attempt yesterday. No warning which day from Fed Ex so I want home. Today, I stayed home and was waiting for it. I even put a note on the door to ring bell. Tracking said attempted deliver,y at 11:30 am today. Its now 3 pm and the pkg is back at the facility with a note attempts delivery failed. Not home. Simply not true. I am furious that I now will not get it until Tuesday.

Wasting time and energy. If you promise and items delivery by a Monday but it could be Tuesday or Wednesday, just say it will be delivered Wednesday. Then when it arrives early, I would be delighted. But instead Im waiting for a package to be delivered by the date given. It never came the. I wait another day. It still doesnt come then I wait another day. How many days do I have to wait? Just tell me the furthest likely time and date so I can mentally prepare to receive the item then. And if it should come earlier then thats amazing and I wouldnt have to keep calling representatives (who are super unhelpful btw)everyday and the only information I get is that it will take another day. Like okay yes bad weather may cause delays, but you can fix that. FedEx, I am quite Fed Up.
