I want to thank Austin for giving me the best experience I've ever had at a FedEx office print and ship center. He was able to handle the packaging of my shipment in a timely fashion. Austin has the best customer service skills I have seen in a while. You have changed my mind about FedEx and have instilled the positive experience in my mind.
Kudos to the hiring manager for hiring Austin he is an attentive caring and thoughtful individual.

I honestly cannot find any fault whatsoever with this location. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. I do a lot of printing using canva for my designs and getting things printed here is so fast. Highly recommend them for printing needs. Scott usually helps me but everyone seems cool.
And for the people that give FedEx a one-star because they illegally parked in a lot that's clearly marked for customers only with Towing enforced I wonder if perhaps they are taking their anger and frustrations out on the wrong entity.
