UPS Access Point location

The line was to the door and they were moving slower than molasses in winter. A friend said he had gone to this location for printing and they were moving slow then and didn't give him all his pages. He had to go back. Avoid this location at all costs!

We had a package stolen, and we could not find a way to speak to a human. We finally drove 20 miles to speak to one face to face. They gave us a phone number that is used by their offices. We have finally started the reimbursement process (2 weeks now). Still no reimbursement. UPSCis is becoming the new USPS. Notca good thing.
