        Wonderful customer service. I was served by the same gentleman both times I visited the store. He was knowledgeable, patient and provided exceptional customer service. I usually go to a smaller locally owned shipping store, but after my past 2 experiences at UPS, I will be switching to UPS.

        The staff has always been nice and friendly I come with my baby (in one hand) and packages (in another hand) and they help with extra hands too. Taught me how to self checkin the packages.

        Edit 3/16/24: unfortunately this location no longer has a USPS drop off bin. I understand that this service probably didnt provide any gain to the store, but it certainly was the reason for my original 5 star review. Im sorry to see that after the remodel, this valuable service to the neighborhood is no longer being offered. Great store thats open on Sunday! Super convenient to SW area and very friendly service. Sometimes I also have pre labeled USPS packages and they will let me put them in their outgoing.
