1. Automated call line is wholly useless. Missed a delivery and called to try to change it to hold for pickup. The machine told me i could pick it up between 7:30 and 8:30 pm saturday and sunday but that was false. 2. Its literally impossible to talk to someone physically in this location. Any reps are undoubtedly in a call center elsewhere. 3. Why is this location closed on weekends? For people that need to pick up a package urgently this is wildly inconvenient. For a company that generates $100B annually you think they would care more about their customers.

if your apartment complex has a deal with Fetch delivery, be aware that if you order something through amazon with anything other than 2day delivery, it will be handled by UPS and they WILL NOT deliver to your complex. This means that you will have to take time out of your already busy schedule to drive out of the way (for me this means 20min each way) to go pick it up yourself. Not only to i pay for prime, i pay for fetch, and STILL have to go pick up my packages from here simply because UPS cannot deliver to me because I have fetch. i never know what packages will be held at this office. but ive had to drive to this location at least 4 times now, and its the most absurdly annoying errand i have to add to my list. id give 1 star for this inconvenience, but i added 1 star because the people at ups are always nice and find my package quickly. its not the workers fault for this inconvenience, however its UPS as a company that is the problem.
