        Jason was probably the most helpful and pleasant shipping employee Ive ever worked with. Whatever hes getting paid now needs a bump. Thanks for a great experience shipping a bunch of random packages all over.

        I dont know what I can write that others havent. Very impersonal service, the guy working seemed agitated that I had questions. To top it off, he didnt even answer the question that I asked twice. Luckily I only have to use FedEx every now and then, the UPS store staff are much friendlier!

        Google fiber covers the packaging costs for returns, however, the lady who helped me charged me $6 for packaging. I insisted that it was included and asked her if she had run into that issue before. She gave me a dismissive answer and asked me to step aside, so I decided to just pay because I was in a hurry. If she had been a little more helpful or given me 20 seconds to reread the email I would have found the other QR code that includes packaging. Theres no reason to be rude and impatient instead of just trying to help. Im not a Fedex expert, you are.
