Unfortunately, this is to be a bad review.
My first mistake was not checking the google reviews first before I dropped my King comforter off for cleaning. Needless to say, I dropped my comforter off for cleaning here on a whim. Never again. After the week it took to clean, I picked it up and there was a tear. So the front lady (who was very helpful and nice) did her best and said they could fix it. 3 WEEKS LATER I get it back and am told they dont do refunds and can do credits.
I will NEVER go back to this cleaners.

They have ruined several of my shirts. How can their laundering service embed dark marks on a cotton shirt? The girl at the desk said that it was starch that marred them. Not sure I understand. I get it...too much of a good thing can ruin something but when that's all you do, I expect more. Too bad. Great location. Convenient. Not going back.

Ruined a shirt but will hopefully be replacing - looks promising - should have updated before now, they did replace the shirt!

Wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. I get now why the reviews are awful. It took them 4 tries to remove the stains from an extremely expensive outfit I got overseas. I go 3 times to see the stains still there. 4th try I get it back and the blouse literally has holes in it and stitching is ruined in an area. I have no idea how this business is still running. Never coming back here again & telling everyone I know to go elsewhere. The least they can do is compensate me - I paid a few hundred dollars for this and now its unwearable. Just ridiculous. Do NOT come here unless youre ok with your clothes getting ruined.
