The wash and fold is terrible. They have left things out of the order every single time. There's no verification system they just walk over there and don't have a count of how many things they are looking for they. They just go over and look for your name and inevitably miss something every time. You show them how many you have left on the app and they just shrug "that's what's over there." Then you press them on it and oh my goodness there was another package over there. Or you get a text a week later from Eco clean telling you have stuff waiting when you haven't started a new order. They also fold things haphazardly. The whole appeal is that the laundry will be handled professionally. If people aren't being incentivized to be professionals then that's your problem as a company. I'll just go get poisoned by a normal laundry service before putting up with this anymore.

Absolutely awful. The service is bad. They damaged a vintage garment, told me theyd have a manager reach out to me that weekover a month later, multiple calls (all of which I have had to initiate despite multiple promises that they would contact me) and they still have my garment and havent issued any refund. The absolute bare minimum as far as offering to make it right, implied that I must have signed their vintage damage waiver (I did not, wouldnt have, was never asked to) before finally agreeing to see what a repair might cost. Do not take anything you care about here, unless maybe it does not need to be dry cleaned. In the same batch, I also had another garment shrink. That one wasnt noticeable at first, so I didnt bother trying to rectify it (not that it would have been anyway).

Ive used them twice now. First time, they picked up and dropped off no problem. It was great, but the next time I scheduled, I got an email that I was out of delivery zone, even though they serviced with no issues or mention of the zone at all the first time. Regardless, I was okay with it. The next day they showed up to pick up my duvets and said technically I was out of the zone but it allowed them to pick up so they would service and return my duvets within 2 days. It has now been about 2 MONTHS and they have still not returned my duvets. I told them I dont have a way to get to the facility that theyre holding them at which is why I scheduled pick up/delivery. The owner or manager, whoever it was supposed to be, apparently said he would deliver them himself. But here we are $100 and a couple months later and they havent returned them, cant get ahold of the person supposed to be dropping them off, and I get the run around every time I call. WOULD NOT recommend. Services: Delivery, Comforter cleaning, Laundry pick-up
