I love going to visit Reid's cleaners because the staff makes you feel at home very friendly and the best customer service and they take care of your clothes .

They lost 2 pairs of my slacks are claiming that they didnt receive them then we actually used the hotel as a third party and we had actual Camera footage of my wife giving them my 2 pair of slacks.. so they were lying about it from the beginning so what most likely happened is that they either washed or dry cleaned multiple people clothes altogether and lost my slacks.. from my understanding its happening a lot or it has happened multiple times so beware so coming here oh and every time I call they say you need to talk to a manager and the manager is never there so Im honestly giving up on getting my slacks back Im just writing this review to warn everybody else so they dont have to go through this .

They do a great job on laundered shirts and slacks but you pay for it.

I have been coming to this Reids location for over a year due to their great and fast service. They never fail me with quick 24hr turn around a for suit + shirt dry cleanings and they do excellent alterations quickly. They are also incredibly nice! Even after moving over to the east side I make the trek over here because of their great customer service. Trust them with your cleaning needs. You wont be disappointed!

Hard to find customer service like Reids! I forgot I had dropped off a dress I loved and they took the trouble to call me and make sure I got it back. Lived all over Austin and they were the best.
