THE WORST bank i've ever used. customer service is absolutely nonexistant, so if they lock your card and your account without notice for no reason, you'll be stuck on the phone at HEB while the employees suspend your transaction because your CARD doesn't work. even DURING banking hours you will sit on the phone for a heinous amount of time trying to talk to anyone who isn't a robot. i'm honestly more angry at myself for not switching banks sooner. they charged me every month for MONTHS for a "mail return fee" -NO idea what that is or why; no one at the branch even knew. just literally the worst bank. save yourself the trouble and go to UFCU. velocity is trash.

Good bank, good people. Being relatively out of the way and occasionally closed during business hours is a major drawback, though.
