We went in to join and was told by Luis, if the 3 of us did the next plan we could all get iPhone 15s. My wife and I getting the promax and daughter the pro. So we were told yes could be done if we trade in our iPhone 12 promax theyd give us 1000 credits for our phone. But I had to pay 635 dollars to ship my promax since they didnt have in stock. So wife traded hers in right then. Next day we brought daughters phone in and the said it would he another 635 dollars because they only gave us 2000.00 in finance charge. This is not what we were told originally or we wouldnt have got it. Crooks and liars. They even asked if Id wait a few months my credit could go up with on time bills. Luis wasnt there and they asked me to come back when he works again. I had already run all over town about that phone. If there is standard operating procedure then it shouldnt matter what sales rep is working. Luis told me my phone would ship Monday. Well I told them to just posted cancel it. They called and said it shipped already. I have to bring it in. Well 4 hours later I get the shipping notification. So it wasnt shipped. And instead of honoring what they promised and keeping 3 customers. They let two walk. This why they are worst cell carriers ever. Scam and be careful. They say whatever to get you to commit

The 1st tmobile I run to when I have a problem!!! everyone is so welcoming and want to give a shout out to Omar who always goes above and beyond. Much appreciated

The truth is they only try to sell and if you want to solve a problem their saying is no, I have been to that store like three times and they have never solved anything, just no, noooo and like that, they should change the staff etc.
