I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Daniel of the maintenance team. Our central air conditioning unit malfunctioned on a Saturday night, and Daniel went above and beyond to address the issue promptly.
Despite it being the weekend and well into the evening, Daniel's response time was impressively quick. His dedication to resolving the problem truly exceeded my expectations.
