        I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ive lived here for going on 3 years. Everybody from Blaine and Mikalya in the office to all the maintenance guys. If I have any issue its fixed the same day.

        Not a bad place to live, unless you have to break your lease. $4000 dollars later and they will let you go, in this economy that's enough to break most families.

        I live at these apartments (preserve side) and things inside of the apartment happen and we have to put in a work order to get it fixed (as all apartments you live in). Thinking it would take a week, the technician (Joshua Cheatham) called the very next day and fixed the problem within 20 minutes of him calling. Love the staff here. 5/5

      Yes, the National Apartment Association lease for TN says a lease break fee is rent times two.
