Thank you for allowing me to come out with my food truck, it was a lot of fun and I believe your residents enjoyed it too other than the rain!!! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! We look forward to next time!

Aside from constantly lost packages and deliveries and becoming a mailman for the packages you end up with and hoping someone is kind enough to give yours to you. I've had a problem with my AC since around the beginning of Aug. Mantaince has been over several just the shine a light on it and let me know "AC is doing all it can" coming from someone who works outside this isn't an acceptable answer. I keep my lights off in an attempt to keep it cool.Parking sucks for those work work late into the day ,some even hog spots for themselves.

Came home to my A/C being out. Called in a last minute service request , and it was fixed within an hour. Joshua took care of the issue and did a great job!
