The staff were very helpful and quick. I actually enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this location. The only thing that I can say is that I had reserved online and the price was different from my original online reservation. They charged me another fifty dollars for fees I thought were included when i reserved the truck. Not a big deal, but I was unaware of the extra fees. Everything else was top notch!

First off, the truck that I rented was difficult to drive! The steering needs to be addressed before renting it out again. Second, when I went to pickup the truck, there was only one person working so there was a decent sized line and wait. When I went to return the truck, I was told there was new damage on the truck and I needed to look at it with the worker. This was new to me because I know for a fact there was no way we couldve caused the damage. There needs to be a more thorough inspection of the trucks.

Wonderful staff when I went recently. Very helpful, patient, kind. The check in process and mobile service wasnt working well, but overall would recommend.
