U-Haul Moving & Storage of Clarksville

Rented a U-box to ship some items to our new house and Im beyond grateful we came to this location. Tall Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely polite and friendly. Had us laughing the majority of the time we were there. On our equipment return there was an error that made it look as if we had driver 70,000 miles in the 22 hours we had the truck. Ty, who was checking us in, caught it immediately and rectified the situation with absolutely no inconvenience on our end. This process would have been 10x harder had we not gotten set up with this location. Ive rented my fair share of uhauls over the years and this location has got it right!

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, RENT FROM THIS UHAUL OR ANY OTHER UHAUL LOCATION!!! They charged me over $150 for damage to a vehicle we did not cause. The charge occurred AFTER the vehicle was returned and I was never told about it! I only noticed it after reviewing my credit card statement. I disputed the charge and AMEX concluded it was fraudulent, so it was never paid. Now UHAUL refuses to rent to me until I pay this bogus charge. Rent from a much cheaper and more reputable company!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Had a accident when going to the store around the u box area they had a area blocked off and I didn't see any ran into it and dented a pole with my wheelchair I went inside to report it and the employee that I told was very nice and was more concerned about me than the sign however his manager was very rude and he smarted off CANT YOU SEE THIS PLAINLY SAYS NO THROUGH TRAFFIC DONT GO THROUGH HERE AGAIN AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT. I wouldn't recommend using them for a storage facility because of him and I don't like having them as a next door neighbor to me because of the manager and that's why I'm giving a 1 star rating if Monique was available that wouldn't have happened she's always so nice to me when I'd use the property to let my dogs use the bathroom as she told me I could do
