Awesome customer service. They went above and beyond. They help me find the correct size box for me to ship my dressage saddle. As I had just had hand surgery, they help me pack it and load it into my car. Fantastic service. I will remember them the next time I need packing material.

Went to this location to do a same day pick up for a cargo van. The van was super clean and perfect for moving some appliances I had. When I showed up to the store they only had two guys, a new guy on his second day there and my new favorite guy on the planet, Aaron, helping people with propane tanks. Aaron was swamped with people and even though I had to wait a bit, it was worth it because of Aaron's positive attitude and personality. Calm, cool, collected, and super friendly, Aaron made check out and check in easy. Shout out to Aaron for being a great employee. Give my man a raise for all the hard work he does!

Guys pay attention to these reviews! My husband had a 15-ft truck which was supposed to be 29.95 per day plus 79 cents per mile, we had it for 3 days and they illegally charged my card without any interaction between us for over $300 in less than 24 hours. Hours. They also, please be aware of this. People, charge $7.50 per day for the rental and usage of a dolly that normally comes for free with every other moving truck. They refuse to give you your refund and will find every rebuttal they can to keep you from being in the right. I will never use u- haul again. They have become so dag on greedy. It's just disgusting. But as long as they're fat and happy of course they're not going to care about us. Peasants #boycott
