If you need a colon cleansing, this is your place. My family of four ordered varying things from the menu: sliders, fries, chili fries, etc. All of us were hit with several bouts of bowel releasing within a short period of time after eating here.
Only reason this place didn't get a one star is the very nice lady working the counter. She was working her tail off why a co-worker was enjoying a smoke outside.

I'm a local and wanted a biscuit for breakfast. Saw Krystal had 2 for $5 special. Ordered the 2 biscuits and the cashier gave me a total of over $8. I questioned her and said I had to ask for the special price cause the register doesn't know the special. I was thinking that she was the one who needed to know and enter the special price. Especially when I ordered 2 biscuits. She corrected the price and I went home for breakfast. I have included a pic of what I received and both biscuits looked this way; burnt black. Both the biscuit and bacon. For those of you who wonder why restaurants are closing this is why. Extremely expensive food, bad service and bad quality. What cook or employee would send this out to a customer. Way to go Krystals.

Legitimately the worst fast food management Ive ever encountered. The place is filthy. Manager doesnt know what shes doing and does not care. Staff extremely unmotivated. No southern hospitality here.
Parking: Big, empty lot that never gets cleaned. Krystal trash blowing around into the streets daily.

Only complaint is you order online and select drive through but they always make you come inside. Why give the option of it isn't available?
