I give them nothing on the stars I told the lady i dnt eat cheese and she put cheese on my Krystal anyways thats the second time they done that. I cant eat cheese im lactose intolerant

Wow! Only 3 in line at Krystal and was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait for 3 cheese Krystals. Plus the person taking my order didn't seem to comprehend what a chili cheese pup even was. 3 cheese Krystals, 2 Krystal chicks with cheese, and 2 chili cheese pups for almost $17.00 and a 15-20 minute wait? Lets be honest. How long does it really take to cook a Krystal patty; assuming it is even freshly made? Lets be even more honest. I shouldnt be eating here anyway.
This location has the slowest and worse service I have encountered almost anywhere. I get Krystal cravings from time to time and it took 3 trips to finally cure said craving.
The first trip the line was pretty long and not moving. After waiting 7 or 8 minutes with no movement, I gave up and left.
The second time was the exact same story but this time I had already ordered and gave up after 15 minutes with no movement in the line.
This last trip was no different but I wanted to put an end to my craving. I waited a total of 21 minutes from the time I ordered my 8 plain Krystals, till the time it was in my hands with only one car in front of me, 10:30 at night!
As a side note, I also think we have reached the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the choices for employees, at this point, almost everywhere. That is all I will say about that. Last night will be my very last Krystal.
