It is a shame what happened to the krystal legacy. Move the headquarters out of chattanooga. The food quality and service is horrible. No one cars about the speed of the service and the food is always nasty and cold. There is only one krystal left in chattanooga that serves great krystals and it is not ringgold road.

This has to be the worst ran fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The lunch and dinner shifts are slow... and act like your a problem for wanting to eat there. Just close this one down and put in a different food place or fire every manager and the Franchise owner for not caring enough or doing even a mediocre job. Your wasting a great location for something else that can actually benefit East Ridge.

About what you expect. Good service if a little impersonal, but fast! Food at this one is always top notch.
