DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It is a complete catfish and does not look like the pictures posted on their website.
It is super run down and our room had mold in the AC unit. It smelled awful and the rooms have honestly no room for you to walk because they crammed 2 queen beds and a desk into a tiny space. It was super uncleanly in general (we also saw a lot of gross stains on the walls and curtains) and we packed up our things and went to a different hotel instead. The front staff did not seem to care that we found the room unhealthy/unacceptable either. Super unimpressed with this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The old man up front greeted us while he was losing it on the phone to someone wanting a room. He wasn’t much friendlier to us. We stayed 3 nights because we couldn’t get in anywhere else. The room wasn’t much. The walls were dirty, the floors where dirty. It was very damp. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the sink. Went down the next morning to check out breakfast and the cook was extremely rude. We just left because we didn’t want to even deal with him. Fast forward to last day. Tried to get breakfast hoping Mr. Happy had a day off, asked for egg white omelette because I’m allergic to the yolk. He yelled back at me and said he couldn’t make it. The sign said they make omelettes to order. It’s a lie! Went to get coffee, creamers were stuck to the bottom of the container leaking out. Poor excuse for a breakfast! Southern hospitality was non existent at this place or any type of hospitality! Do not waste time or money at this place!

Staff was friendly man cooking breakfast seemed rude at first until we realized he was not getting help from other staff and was being over ran by the amount of people in the lobby. Room smelled like mildew so bad. The beds were clean. The walls and carpet were not. The hallway to the rooms on floor 3 were stained and filthy. Paint chipping from the walls and a ceiling tile in the bathroom about to fall down with water damage (probably where the mildew smell is coming from). We’ve already decided we like the location and will be back but will be choosing a different hotel.

Great location for going to Smokey mountains, Dollywood, the island, and you can walk to the lift at anakeesta it’s 3/4 mile.
I want to give it more than 3 stars because the staff was friendly, the beds were decent, they put out a nice breakfast, and the indoor pool and hot tub are nice too. They even have a little 1 foot kiddie pool,
But at 200/night with taxes and fees is too pricey for the quality. It’s very dated and hasn’t been updated in 20+ years. All of the carpets need to be replaced including the halls (not just stained but worn out). Our bathroom needed an overhaul including new tiles and grout. Stained furniture. While I liked the breakfast it was the exact same thing 3 straight days, a little variety is nice.

The only reason I am giving more than one star is because the housekeeping staff were some of the friendliest folks and our room was clean. Was described as a mountain view. It was pool and parking lot. The manager on duty on 10/3/21 was rude when I called as well as in person. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her just by calling and walking in the door. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing “Inn and Suites” about this place. Basically an over priced generic hotel room.
