My family loves staying here when in Gatlinburg. It's very clean, quiet, and the breakfast is amazing. They also enjoy the water park, workout room, and arcade. It is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. I highly recommend it!

Disappointing stay. Biggest issue: we were there for one day and they shut down the INDOOR water park/pool area because of a storm outside. Couldn't tell us if or when it could reopen at first. One maintenance guy said it may be closed for the day. Front desk said an hour. We waited. 2 hours later, never opened. There was at least 2 hour window with no thunder or lightning as far as I could tell. Our three small children were devastated. Luckily we have the ability to book other fun things. For families that didn't have that option, it'd be terrible. IF YOU BOOK HERE, BE PREPARED TO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT FOR DUMB REASONS. Local water parks were still open. The hotel pools around were still open. It really seemed as if they didn't want to open it. Staff isn't very warm and inviting. Breakfast was below average. Our heating and air didn't seem to work very well. Overall, it seems poorly managed and below average in most categories.
