The pool table was broken, the roof leaked the bedroom was hot and unbearable, the wifi is a joke, there are so many surcharges you can do anything. the bed was uncomfortable. For what we paid it was not work it.

Absolute worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Put in reservation for this memorial weekend on Wed the 24th, received confirmation email stating someone would be in contact with me. Never heard from anyone until the day we were suppose to arrive. Needless to say I told them I didn't want the condo because no one ever contacted us until now. The customer service lady actually hung up on me without even saying OK. No I'm sorry or anything. JENNIFER YOU NEED LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANNERS. WOW...just WOW.

We had an amazing vacation to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. The Cabin we stayed in was called "Getting Lucky" thru Americas Cabins, Inc. and we couldn't have been happier with it. Registering was easy and after the 6 days of being there, we wished we would have booked for a few more days. Beautiful views, nice and clean, very relaxing and all the amenity's you could ask for. Would definitely recommend and hope to go again someday soon.

My family lives pretty spread apart. We met up at the Americas Cabins Springview cabin and instantly found the tranquile and serene get-away we were hoping to encounter. In addition to the ideal seclusion and proximity to the Smokey Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge the interior of the cabin was clean, spacious, and quaint. Our family reunion was more than what we hoped for thanks to the exceptional setting. We look forward to visiting Spring-View again!
