Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg

Rooms need help. Light fixture that was removed in the ceiling still shows the old wiring .it's just painted over. The sink faucet is so loose that it is laughable. Walls are beat up, and insulation is needed. Room over the creek is a very nice view tho. And location is great.

They don't tell you ahead of time they are going to charge you for parking In a spot that already paid for a room at. That is crazy, I complained about it to the manager and he lied and said he would look into it and then call me....he didnt.... Caution!!!!

Not so great stay. I think the only few positives were the location and pillows. Dingy, falling off the wall towel bar, cracks in drywall, dirty desk chair, carpet was filthy ripped carpet and trash on the floor upon arrival. I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely needs an overhaul!

This hotel has a great location in Gatlinburg with a great view from the balconies where can hear the creek. Our room also had a fireplace. The room was clean and upgrades were evident. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast had eggs, biscuits, gravy, and both pancakes and waffles. We visited in March of 2024. The hotel is under going renovation, repairs, and updating. So as of our visit there were a number of items that needed work. But, as I noted, the rooms were good, clean, and safe. If we roll through Gatlinburg again, we will most likely stay there again and enjoy a much nicer facility I am sure!
