      image Nate was super knowledgeable and knew what discounts worked for us. He was super fast and answered any and all questions we had.
      Nate had helped us switch over 3 phones and a watch as well get us transferred from another carrier. We even got to keep our same numbers.

      image I was at the Apple Store in the Cool Springs Mall for a computer appointment, and had also upgraded my I phone. Because I have two (2) E sims in my phone, Apple was unable to complete the upgrade. I went upstairs to the AT&T Store and was greeted by Nate. He verified it was me, which I appreciated, then corrected my issue in less than five minutes.
      I was on my way hassle free
      It is employees like Nate that keep me loyal to the AT&T brand. Total PROFESSIONAL !!!!!
