        Not even worth a star. I called and asked what happened while waiting weeks (2) after the expected fix date they told me... and the parts still weren't delivered yet. So I asked them to track it. They were making absurd remarks that the parts had arrived two days ago. If I hadn't called and checked, I would have spent the time not knowing that the parts had arrived. I doubt they had any intention of fixing my laptop. The repair cost is also ridiculously high. They have no right to receive such a repair fee while providing such a horrible service. Don't go here.
