        I could not make calls only receive or send text messages. The AT&T store rep Tyrese, spent over an hour on the phone with tech support diagnosing the problem. The result was I had a faulty SIM card among other issues. Tyrese fixed the problem and updated my phone. That kind of customer service skill isnt taught. You either have it or you dont! AT&T is very fortunate to have Tyrese interfacing with customers!
