        Andrew, the store manager, worked tirelessly to set up my new account. Any delays were not due to AT&T but to my previous service. Andrew explained my options and explained benefits & drawbacks to various plans. It was a no pressure experience.

She was very pleasant to do business with and because of her I am satisfied to say I am now a former Verizon customer and will continue to do business at the Shelbyville location.

        I am having to redo my review. That store used to be great! Staff was very dismissive and seems like they could really care less. I miss the old staff that used to be there with happy faces. I am done with the Shelbyville store.
