Terrible place to rent a property. I DO NOT recommend ever renting a house through this company. We have lived at the same location for 2 years and the house is in very poor condition. When we toured the property, it was a mess. There was still food in the fridge, trash in the kitchen, etc. We figured that maybe they were just trying to find a tenant before they fixed it up for a good turn over and thought nothing of it. We took the house because at the time houses for rent went quick. When we moved in, the kitchen floors were still sticky, the fridge was nasty, the paint on the walls was messy and even had spots on the ceiling (I believe it was done by the last tenant but they never covered it up). One of the closets in my daughters room doesnt even have a proper door knob. On the back door, there was a glass patio door that was only held on by 2 rickety, rusted hinges since one hinge was broken. It wouldnt shut properly either so every storm is would bang against the house to the point we were scared that the glass would shatter. We told them about it and they did nothing so we had to remove it ourselves and put it the shed out back (which was filled with stuff when we moved in). They did replace the carpet all through the living area which was nice, but ONLY because they had to due to pet damage. The summer we moved in we noticed that a storm had knocked the gutter loose. We emailed them twice about it and they NEVER even emailed me back. Well next storm the gutter fell halfway off the house and it took them 3 MONTHS to come and fix it. My dishwasher quit working a few months before we moved out and they never actually fixed it. Over the winter, our heat broke and it took them 2-3 days to fix it. They gave us space heaters at least but it didnt help my family of 4 had to huddle together in one room for 3 days. The insulation is TERRIBLE in the house. Pretty much you can see between the front door and the door frame and same for the back door. This makes for a HUGE electric bill for the seasons you need air and heat (which is pretty much every season). When we first moved in, we emailed about the fan in the living room wiggling a little too much for our comfort since we had a newborn, never even received an email from them for a reply so in over 2 years we never turned it on. The house made due for the time we needed it. My husband is military and we pretty much needed a house and stayed for as long as we lived here because we knew we werent staying forever. I wish I did not have to give such a terrible review because I dont like to do these sorts of things, but I hope that either these reviews will help them get better, either by showing them what some of their customers have gone through, or making it so they wont get any customers until they change.

We rented a home from elite marketing for 3 years. Any time we had an issue they were quick to get someone out and fix the issue. We never faced any issues and they were always polite.

Elite marketing has been managing my property since 2012. I didn't go one day without a tennant in my property. They will provide sounds advice when asked. They will respond to your request as the owner within the day. They just got my house ready to sell and I had a buyer after one showing. There were numerous repairs and a large amount of coordination required but because of their long history of doing business in Clarksville they were able to get things done with ease. I recommend them for your property management solutions.

We had our house on and off the market and had to settle for renters for over 3 years when another realtor couldnt sell our house. In July, we were referred to Lori and our experience could not have been better. The communication was amazing and often she would call both myself and then my wife to make sure we both understood everything. Less than a month later we had agreed on an offer above what we originally expected. Thank you Lori for your exceptional dedication.

So Lori was my realtor and did an excellent job. Kept me in the loop during the entire process. Went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The place I got was off the beaten pqth and Lori had no issues with taking me out several times as I wanted to walk the property and ensure this was the dream spot I was looking for. She answers all the questions I had and ensured I was completely satisfied with everything prior to signing any paperwork.
If I decide to buy more property I will use Lori without any doubts or worries. I would recommend her to my family, friends and complete strangers.
