Buying a home through Cory Real Estate was easy and simple. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. The professional team made this process easy. If you're looking to buy a home I highly recommend.

Definitely not. Maybe its just this unit Im renting but Ive had problems since the day I moved in. Loud neighbors that I can literally hear everything and that is not an exaggeration. There is clearly no insulation between units. Septic tank water floods the kitchen and theres always an odor in my home once that happens. Have to wait 4 or 5 days for something as urgent as water covering your kitchen floor. Ive had to purchase my own water vacuum. Thats how often I have to clean up smelly water in my kitchen. The plumber has been here twice since November and told me they (Corey Real Estate) KNOW exactly what to do to stop my apartment from flooding so that tells me they dont care, which is wild to me. Im still waiting for my electric socket covers from when I moved in here November 2023. Still dont have a vent cover in my bathroom and so the dust from that constantly messes with my allergies. Also waiting for that since November. I asked to get out of the lease or transferjust to go to like to a better more sanitary unit with the same company and was told i couldnt. All the pics are from separate incidents. Its cheap at $920 a month but definitely not worth it. I do not feel safe or comfortable in my home. Ill definitely be leaving when the lease is up. Really wanted to love it here. I have not had a day of peace and/or quiet since I moved in here. Its literally only quiet from 12 am to about 5 am

So now that Im out the property I would not recommend this rental company maybe if they had a different property manager then yes it would be better.. they are so much for military but do so little every time you call and ask for information from Ronnica she tends to get passive aggressive when all you need is clarity and understanding also whats the deal with leaving the lights on 5 days after you move out When I redirect myself back to my lease it states it has to be on so if workers need to go in and out the house to do work so Im supposed to pay for light because the workers need to use it ? Absolutely not!!! thats bananas during the move out process water splash the wall which I miss during the move of process they say it would be $115 to repaint the walls when you can simple wipe the water mark off the wall these people are money hungry also if your lease ends in the middle of the month its not prorated You are still responsible for the whole month I would ever recommend this rental company to any one unless its different staff
