So landlord sold our house out from under us..Came to clarksville found liberty..We did our application got approved.Went out they showed a house..I got told if we find another house we could move to it and contract would follow no issues..We moved in house wasn't professionally cleaned,stove was broke,heat and air unit is as old as the house..They offered credits to purchase price if we bought etc..Signed paperwork 6 months later found another house on there site called and got told oh were sorry thats not one of our partners houses thats one of ours??? So come to find out we got put off to a business partners of theres and everything we was told was a complete lie about moving to another property..So now we sit in a property with a 20 year old ac unit summer time electric bill is 350$ a month,none of the Windows have screens,the deck is about to fall to the ground rotted out..Due to paperwork signed were responsible for repairs even though were not buying were renting,and paperwork was only good for a year..Reached out to landlord offered to pay more rent if he'd replace carpet with laminate,and fix the deck and get a new ac unit..He told us if he did that to all his properties he wouldn't make any money smh...

I gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option! I signed a contract in 2015 to put my house as rent to own. It is 2020, the house is still in my name which hurts my credit. Looking back it was a huge mistake, also they are very rude to work with, they do not communicate, and when they do you are an inconvienence. Do not use them, just sell your house yourself!
