        Melissa Martinez is great, I've been having a lot of problems with other Horizon Banks with cards and Mrs.Martinez was extremely friendly and helpful. She went way above and the beyond the call of duty to assist me. The lady Kim who sits beside her was also great. I wish everyone was like Melissa and Kim
