        I decided to go with UPS to et some car decals done for my job and let me be the one to tell you that the service and helpful insight that I got from Cindee, Lea, & Anil made the biggest difference. I had a clear line of communication with them and even got some tips to help the logo stand out better. Just wanted to give a heart warming thankyou to that team!!

        One cant actually do any of the things here that one would need to do in order to use UPS. $3 per page of paper to print their own labels. No UPS bags for resending items. So you have to go home, have craft time, and do it yourself. Im not a parcel expert and I have no interest in becoming one. Why even have a UPS store? The dream: 1)show up with stuff that needs to go somewhere and some form of a shipping label 2) stuff goes into some sort of bag/box 3) label gets printed and goes on the bag 4) I pay some small reasonable fee (given that Ive already paid for the shipping label itself) 5) I leave empty handed

        Used this place for years with the previous owner? Don't know how these things operate, but I'll say that when Tonya was there, never had a problem. New people came in and billing has been a total mess ever since. Had a charge run on my card that they had for our company and another charge for the EXACT SAME amount run a couple of weeks later. Called because I'm NEVER given a bill with details of what was shipped, when, etc. Talked to Lea? 2-3 times, just wanting a simple invoice. Never could provide; always Anil? needed to call me which he never did. Called for the 4th and got Anil? Said that was his "bad" and he, the head guy, can't give me an answer on what these charges are. Said he would call me back. Still hasn't. How can it go from running that smoothly to this with an account that has been there for probably almost 10 years?
