Bought carpet for the whole house. It was not exactly a smooth process but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had to go in multiple times just to get it purchased. The install ending up costing more than the carpet and wasn't the greatest. They quoted 4 days to install for a small house and that's what I was charged for but it only took 2 1/2 days. I was told they don't give credits for it taking less time. That is as disappointing and expensive. I told them I thought the install wasn't the greatest as the stairs weren't stapled all the way and the seam downstairs was extremely visible. They came and looked and said that it was normal and the seams would go away. They still haven't a year later. The quality is just not worth the money. The stairs have all kinds of loose threads and isn't wearing nicely: The doorway from the living room to the kitchen looked 10 years old after 6 months. I called and asked about any kind of warranty and was told someone would come look. We played phone tag for a while and I finally quit bothering. I did like the 0% for 3 years but it will need to be replaced by then. I will definitely try elsewhere next time. The carpet I had for 16 years didn't look as matted and worn.
