I would steer clear of this place. Customer service and management are poor. They measured the house I was working on and wouldn't written the extras that they measured and ordered. Spent $50k plus her in the last year and they don't care.
There are other stores that have better customer service.

I called and canceled the flooring I ordered to find out 3weeks later when the bank had not received a refund that my flooring had not been canceled and was going to be installed the following day. Jackie tried arguing with me saying that Tom my salesman had called and told me. I told her that I could pull my cell phone records to show her that no one called me from BHF. She then tried to back step. I rushed home and prepared my house for the new flooring since I was going to be charged a return fee since the salesman didn't cancel. The floor installers did not finish and I have called numerous times trying to reach Jackie to have the installers return to finish. She has not returned my calls. I paid over $4000 and have been treated like a jobless person seeking a handout. This company has the worse customer service I've ever dealt with. To top it off no one from the company has called to see how the flooring process is going. To top it off the installers were new to the company, so one would think they would want to know about the quality of the work. But no...
