As with most contractors in this area, this one is very unprofessional and doesnt want to work. He talks a good game up front and then will fall off the face of the earth when it comes to setting up a time to actually get the job done. Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend him to anyone. My husband is now back to the drawing board when it comes to the work we want to get done on the house we just purchased.

If you want to waste time & money and end up being extremely frustrated, Joe is your man!
Beautiful showroom, very knowledgeable, super friendly (until he has your money).
As the expert, he will order you products, but if they aren't correct that is ON YOU. **NO REFUNDS**
How in the world am I, the customer, supposed to know all the rules on how to calculate the heating wire of a bathroom? That's why I hired you!!.. -I gave you the dimensions, AND your tile guy came over and took measurements, then you ordered it. A product that cannot be cut or amended or replaced. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO OTHERS..
Also, You will ask repeatedly for updates on when the date for the work can start and not get answers for multiple weeks.
Came highly recommended, now I can't unrecommend enough.
