Alamo Rent A Car

Long story short! My SUV was in the repair shop for a long weekend during the Stock Show. I asked for a full size SUV and they made it work plus some! Chris at the check in counter was super nice, fun to talk to, and very understanding! I will only use Alamo to rent local!

I recently rented a car from Alamo at Rapid City Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. First of all, the rental car facility is conveniently located within the airport, making it incredibly easy to find. Due to a flight delay, I had concerns about the office closing, but the customer care representative assured me that since my car booking was linked to an incoming flight, they would wait for my arrival. They typically operate until 01:30 am local time, which is a great convenience for travelers. The process of picking up the car was exceptionally smooth, and to top it off, I received a complimentary upgrade. It was a pleasant surprise that made my journey even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Alamo at Rapid City Airport for anyone in need of a hassle-free and customer-oriented car rental service.

May a reservation back in January 2023 to rent three cars in June. We made changes to our flight to where we were going to be coming in a day earlier. I called the company and changed my reservations to Saturday. They said everything is rescheduled and booked for Saturday instead of Sunday. I called today which is two days before my flight and ask them to confirm that all changes have been made. they said there are no cars available for Saturday and my reservation wasnt till Sunday. I told them if they wouldve told me that when I called to change the reservations, I would have canceled and gone with someone else. Now I have to pay twice as much because I have to go with a different car rental two days before my flight. Their reply is sorry there is nothing I can do. Have a great day and hang out. I will never use this company again and I will be putting reviews everywhere about them. Worst car rental place ever.
