We loved the condo that we rented here this spring! Great proximity to the beach and restaurants as well as an outdoor pool.

The old lady on 3rd floor don't mind her own business and is an old crabby patty. She the 1 on them that thinks she owes the whole building

Walkability: Close to the beach. About the only perk.
