Bluegreen Shore Crest Vacation Villas I & II

I stayed in building 2 marsh side on the top floor. I called a couple of days ahead requesting top floor and my request was granted. The room was renovated and sparkling clean. I was super pleased with the cleanliness as I am extremely picky. The view was ok from the top floor, however I think if I was on a lower level, the view would have been of the street. My daughter enjoyed the activities in the activity room. The front desk staff in building 2 were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff in building one were so rude and obnoxious. Glad I was on marsh side Noteworthy details: Very clean

Our visit was 22-24 March 2024, down for Shamrock Run. First time staying on first/lobby floor. I know construction is going on & probably on upper first that I like. It was too noisy on 1st/lobby floor. Especially with kids being in pool after 10pm yelling & screaming. Then either the lobby or employee area entrance around 11pm some male was talking in hall area. No respect for others sleeping or trying to sleep. So after my run Saturday morning, We just left to come back home. Noteworthy details: If you want quiet, don't stay on lobby flr.
