Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were traveling and had issues with a rental car we picked up in Georgia. We called the nearest location which was Sunset Blvd. We stopped in and Kenny was so friendly. He helped switch us out into a safer car in no time! He was super professional and had a smile on his face the entire time - still helping everyone in the office that came in while we were there. Staff was unfriendly and rude. Not one employee said hello when we walked in kept just having a private conversation amongst themselves. Woman in office was absolutely horrible with an entitled attitude. My Husband rents every week with his company, went out of the way to go to the Lexington location hoping to get better service. Never again!
